In this ancient area, we were not the first to live. There are several indications this area was populated with our ancestors yet since the paleolithicum and neolithicum

 

Evidence for that we see in rock drawings and rock carvings. Some of them are belonging to the most spectacular of North Africa with genuine abstract carvings.

 

From ancient burial sites to abandoned villages from the Middle Ages, the area around the museum is renowned for some spectacular suprises. 

 

During these daytrips we take you back in time, leaving your imagination how times would have been way before ours. The environment and ancient evidence will add to your awareness and when you close the eyes for a minute, the feeling can be overwhelming.

You are NOT alowed and we will take legal action if we notice towards someone not respecting this. Else then fossils, there is no such thing as a layer going deeper in the ground with the same bifaces or anything.
